By downloading, installing, or using Expectly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Expectly is a pregnancy companion app that provides educational information, tracking tools, and planning features to support users during pregnancy. The App is for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
3.1 Premium Features: Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("Premium"). Premium subscriptions are available as annual subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases.
3.2 Pricing: Prices for Premium subscriptions are displayed in the App before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
3.3 Annual Subscription Terms:
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews annually unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
- No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.
3.4 Lifetime Purchase Terms:
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant permanent access to Premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- No recurring charges will be made for lifetime purchases.
- Lifetime access is tied to your account and is not transferable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
